How can I whiten my teeth and have healthy gums before Feb 13th?

I have a check-up at the dentist on the 13th. I want to have white teeth and healthy gums. I use toms toothpaste 3 times a day. And I also use Act restoring mouthwash 2 times a day. I can’t afford any of the whiten products at the store.
