Ever since I reached puberty, I found it harder to dance, stretch and do crunches because my thighs are getting bigger, and my stomach area is getting softer, losing my hard earned abs. (cry) I can understand gaining weight, growing taller, and getting acne. But IS IT HEALTHY to avoid some of the weight gain? It’s getting really hard for me to dance.

Ok well obviously it isn’t lunch time, but I am just planning meals for tomorrow. I need some easy but very healthy ideas that preferably don’t require cooking. [but they can, just not too much i am not that great at cooking-i'm a teen] I like to eat healthy it makes me feel alot better, so do you have any suggestions?
