I had a baby boy almost 7 months ago and haven’t lost all of my “baby weight” yet. I’m 120lbs and still 18 lbs heavier than my original weight and I’m ready to get back to my original weight.. I’m not trying to lose a million pounds, just the weight I gained during pregnancy and also eat/live healthier as well. My question is:
What are some of the most effective ways to lose weight?
Healthy food ideas (Snacks, lunch, dinner)?
What are some good indoor/outdoor activities I can do with
my children (3yrs & 7 Mos.) to stay active?
And also, does anyone know if grapefruit/juice benefits weight loss. If it does, how so?
I need answers from people with real experience who have lost weight successfully or have a family.
Also, my husband is leaving in a few months for Korea where he’ll be for a year so it’ll just be me and the kids… any advice from Mil wives who have been there would be great (How you spent your time, ways you kept yourself sane LoL, etc…)
