What is the fastest and safest way to eat healthy and get in shape?

I’m a skinny girl and I do NOT want to loose any weight, I would really just like to get in shape and feel healthy in my own body. Im in college and fast food is about all my stomach gets, and I know it’s bad for me but, I was wondering if there was a good meal guideline I could follow that is healthy and affordable for a broke college student… I would really like to know the best way to tone, shape, and make my body healthy, without loosing weight or doing some sort of a diet.
