Im 25 years old and Caucasion. My husband is 27 and Latino. Are there more risks with having a baby if it is ***********?
Also how can I prepare for pregnancy? I am so scared that I am not oging ot have a healthy child. I used to work in the health cre field and you see so much wrong. I just want to do everything possible to help have a healthy child and a healthy pregnancy. Any tips or advice? We plan to start trying maybe this December. Thanks! I am so grateful for all your answers!

I don’t want to lose weight, I just want to stay healthy and not have fatness. It can’t require the use of a stove. It can be a snack or a meal. One time we made trail mix and another time we made a black bean salad. It has to be healthy and really easy and simpe to make. It also has to be balanced in termas of the food pyramid and portions. I’ll check for that.

My dog and I love greenies because they take a while to finish and my dog loves the taste. The senior version isnt sold in bulk and are too expansive. Does anyone have any ideas on a good, healthy treat, like greenies that take awhile to finish, that would be good for my older pug w/ some health problems. throughout the day, i eat some veggies (fresh and cooked)

no worries the organic whole grain provides lots of protein and its low in fat
and everyday i exercise in the gym and burn 500 cals :)

no exercise
