I brought me some serrapeptase today because according to many various websites they conclude that it only breaks down fiberious tissue, plaque and scar tissue ect. without harming living and healthy tissue.
But what about bromelain?

With the work I do, I’m out of town Mon-Fri. Most of the food we eat is either fast food, or unhealthy sit down places (Applebees ect…). I’ve looked for healthy items on the menu, but even the stuff in the diet sections aren’t that healthy. We have workout areas in the hotel, but at the same time I dont want to be eating junk food and just be burning the calories from that day. It just seems like a lost cause, and no weight will be lost. Any advice would be grateful.
