I do shift work and so I don’t really get a break for meals at my customary times.

I hope to find some healthy foods or snack foods, like popcorn, etc., that I can carry and eat at work.

Where can I find a weekly healthy meal schedule for my family?

pookiepoo asked:

I get so caught up with daily activities in my home and with the kids and end up either making the same foods during the week or not including enough fruits and vegetables.

I would like to create or find a site that provides weekly meals that are healthy and not too complicated. I love cooking and trying new things.
The schedule can help me shop for ingredients ahead of time too instead wandering the aisles trying to figure out the meals.

How mentally healthy are you or how healthy is your family?

DanaZ asked:

I’m wondering whether or not people are clustered within groups of healthy or unhealthy people by either familial relation which may influence choices in friends who are also either healthy or unhealthy – or is society a mix randomly. It seems to me that everyone in my family has some sort of mental health issue or alcoholic/dependent features. I wonder if the choices I’ve made in my life are a reflection of my role models as I’ve realized I often place myself around unhealthy people. Not only do I see this in my family, but extended family and their friends and network etc. Or maybe this unhealthy behavior is peppered throughout society without a pattern. I’m wondering…any thoughts?
Very good answers, all of you. Thank you all so much for the feedback. It will be hard to choose a best answers. You are all winners in my opinion.

With appreciation,
Dana

I know the healthy dessert question has been asked a million times. The thing is, I’m looking for desserts that can be packaged in small ziplocks or plastic wrap to make a healthy dessert variety basket for Valentines. I know I want to make some muffins, maybe apple cinnamon. Any other healthy snack suggests would be greatly appreciated. :P
Correction :Healthier snacks! You guys know what I mean…. (urgh)

Is diving yourself into work a healthy way to cope with personal problems?

pangalicious asked:

I’ve been having guy troubles recently. Consequently I’ve been finding myself spending nights in the late at work. It helps get my mind off of things, but is this healthy? My friend tells me that, although this form of behavior helps me move on mentally, overworking myself is only a temporary solution. The upside to this is that I’ve been doing a lot of productive work, and my boss has been very pleased with my progress.
