**Just my OPINION** asked:
I am married and have 2 children. I want to get us all healthier, but my older son and my husband REFUSE to eat vegtables unless they are slathered in butter and salt. Not of us get enough of exercise. We are not overweight, but just unhealthy in general. I am all for getting healthy, but anytime I put something remotely healthy on the table, they pass it up. As far as exercise, everyone always has something better to do. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on how to get my family motivated to get healthy?

I am a collage student and I have finals next week and a lot of work to get done. I have training this weekend and work friday morning, when do I get the work done. I get it done by pulling all nighters, but what if I need to pull several back to back, how do I stay energized but in a healthy way and what would I eat during that time to keep my body going?

All I’ll have available is a toaster oven and microwave. I am a healthy eater and would like some ideas on cooking healthy in the dorm, not just resorting to salads all of the time. HELP?

What are some really healthy things I could put in my trail mix? So far I have almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, rasians, and cherrios. Thanks.

I am having terrible morning sickness (all day sickness) and am having trouble keeping down anything solid, including crackers. Liquids seem to be fine as long as they’re not too cold. What can I do to make sure that I am getting enough nutrients to maintain a healthy weight that me and the baby will stay/be healthy?
I also take prenatal vitamins, but they don’t stay down all of the time, either.
Please Help!
