questionar asked:

This might sound weird but i was wondering if a strawberry-mango(mabey even bannana) smoothie served with some pasta in milk would be healthy. I figured pasta defintly gives you energy and its an old family recipe to put it in milk which also provides calcium. Im just trying to eat more fruit and vegetables.

I know that above 49.9% is generally considered unhealthy for a waist to height ratio, but what is the lowest end at which it can still be healthy?

Thanks.
I know the upper limit, I just need to know the lower healthy limit.

What do you consider to be healthy drinks?

diamondlovebaby asked:

I have stopped drinking soda because it’s not healthy, so now I drink fruit juice most of the time which is also not good for you because of the high sugar content. I’ve tried sugar-free drinks like Crystal Light, but the aspartame is also not good for your health. Besides water, do you have any ideas what I can drink to not gain weight and add nutrition? Thanks for any help in advance!

How could you have people answer the same question, without doing a nationwide online survey? What other means of surveying could be used?

Also, How do you know you bought a healthy puppy from a breeder?

I know, I know, the pet stores come from the puppy mill. I am just wondering/curious, If so many people buy dogs from pet stores, how do they know if they’re not getting jipped/ripped off by buying a sick puppy home???

Also, Can anyone share a GOOD experience instead of all the negatives i’ve heard from buying a pet from the pet store?

This neutered german shepherd mix is about 60 lbs. Any recommended food brands? Or other methods of feeding? I’m really looking for something healthy, but not beyond $400 a year.
