I have very fair, light Irish skin that burns easily and tans slightly. I want to keep my skin free from burn and healthy from chapping and UV rays over the summer, but I also want to get a bit of a tan- what can I do to tan but not burn and still stay healthy?

This might sound weird but i was wondering if a strawberry-mango(mabey even bannana) smoothie served with some pasta in milk would be healthy. I figured pasta defintly gives you energy and its an old family recipe to put it in milk which also provides calcium. Im just trying to eat more fruit and vegetables.

I like to keep my big old rat in my pocket, and my rat likes to eat, and I like to leave alot of leftovers. What would be unhealthy to feed my rat, of my leftovers? And what is healthy for them?
Ha, rat is in my hood, silly rodent.

I have stopped drinking soda because it’s not healthy, so now I drink fruit juice most of the time which is also not good for you because of the high sugar content. I’ve tried sugar-free drinks like Crystal Light, but the aspartame is also not good for your health. Besides water, do you have any ideas what I can drink to not gain weight and add nutrition? Thanks for any help in advance!

Over the summer i plan to loose 20 pounds or more. The summer is 2 and a half months long. I want to loose it fast but in a healthy way. I don’t want to take diet supplements and i know i have to exercise and eat healthy. What im really looking for is a good plan to follow.

How could you have people answer the same question, without doing a nationwide online survey? What other means of surveying could be used?

This neutered german shepherd mix is about 60 lbs. Any recommended food brands? Or other methods of feeding? I’m really looking for something healthy, but not beyond $400 a year.
