I always see people in diet and fitness asking how they can lose (insert large number here) pounds in a month or few weeks. WHAT DONT you people get about living healthy? It takes effort and time. I wonder if its the million ads everywhere that show pills and fad diets that will trim you up in no time, or if its just their own lazyness and unwillingness to take the effort and TIME to lose the weight the right way?
Whats a good way to get the message out to a large audience? it seems that everyone who asks about weight loss or getting ripped asks the same exact thing as the person before, just with different numbers.

I don’t drink soda, but the fact that I eat so poorly really makes up for that. Can someone give me a list of groceries? Foods that are good + good for you.
I don’t have a weight problem, but at the rate I’m going I will 10 years up the road.
