AZrunner asked:
We are moving to a different state and our income will only be from one person for a bit. When I get a new job, even if it doesn’t pay a lot, we can easily get our disposable income up to 13.75% of what we are bringing in. I heard that a healthy budget should have between 5% and 10%. Is that correct? How healthy is a budget with 13.75% disposable income?
Well, we have already accounted for eating out etc…. so the 13.75% is extra after our “fun expenses”. I guess a better way to describe it is money left over for savings. for our future and wedding and vacations. Is it a good amount or is it skimpy?

My hair used to be really curly and pretty, and healthy when I was younger, and I started straightening it about 3 years ago, and ever since then, my hair hasn’t been cooperating when i want it to be wavy.
like some of it is wavy, but my bangs are just straight and poofy kind of.
I want pretty wavy hair that looks healthy, even though its not.
im not cutting it, so you might as well just leave that out if youre considering that.
what are some good products to have silky wavy hair?

I have been a over drinking for around say 4 years may be more but not a full blown alcoholic in the physical sense.
I had a discussion in with my wife about drinking sensibly and next week I am going without a drink to see how I really feel about drinking physically and phychologically.
I do not want to stop drinking as in teetotal as that to me is extreme and I enjoy a beer and a wine and would not deny myself the pleasure. But I do not want to drink where it is unhealthy but have a healthy sustainable enjoyment that maybe be beneficial..
I am 38, 6′ 2″ and weigh 220 lbs.
Some advice would be nice that I could use and give me food for thought as I develop my practice and attitude to a more healthier way of life.
