I’m in love with whole grain cereals with granola and fruit. I eat it for breakfast, lunch, and a snack.
How healthy is it to pretty much live off of cereal? My dinners usually consist of a meat such as chicken ****** or fish, a vegetable, and a grain such as rice or pasta.
