But I’m trying to take better care of my hair without using heat etc.

My question is how can I get my hair to start growing healthy, thicker, and faster?

If I can’t get it to grow faster I atleast want my hair to grow out healthy and thick.

I heard home remedies are the best for your hair.
So what are some things I can do, that you’ve personally experienced that worked.

I work full time and go to graduate school full time and find myself eating on the go. I don’t have a lot of time to exercise, but I do make time to go for walks to relax and get outside once in a while. As a result, I feel myself not having the same figure I did even a year ago. I’m not overweight, I just don’t always feel so good eating bad things all the time, and I feel my clothes tightening a bit. Any tips on how to eat on the go but still eating healthy? Any tips on how to do simple things to exercise too? Like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

I believe the last time she check she was 87 pounds. I saw her today for the first time in a while and she didn’t look healthy. I am in my senior year of college and getting ready to turn 21. After gaining a significant amount of weight (30-40 pounds in 3 years) I am ready to lose. My 21st birthday is September 26 and I have a lot of events planned around that time. I want to look back on pictures of that time and not be ashamed of the way I look. I am 5′8 1/2″ and weigh 218 pounds size 14/16. In high school I played sports year around and worked out on my own on top of practices, so there is still some muscle under all of my fat. I have been working out a few times a month, but not committing. I have purchased Alli, the dietary supplement, but I am not sure about using it. I am willing to put in as much work as necessary. I do not want to go about this an unhealthy way (i.e crash dieting), but I do want to lose to my maximum potential for my birthday. My short term goal is the end of September, 27 days, could I lose 20 pounds and not starve myself? I have an old dress that is a size 10, is that out of reach?

I get it done by pulling all nighters, but what if I need to pull several back to back, how do I stay energized but in a healthy way and what would I eat during that time to keep my body going?
